Delete your Calori account

You can permanently delete your Calori account and everything Calori stores about you at any time, from inside the app. No email, no waiting.

How to delete your account

Open Calori and sign in with your 6away account: Settings.
Under Account, choose Delete my Calori account.
Read the confirmation, tick the box, and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately once the cloud confirms it. You are then signed out of Calori and returned to this page.

What is deleted

Every meal you logged, including calories, protein, portions and nutrition details.
Your My foods library.
Your targets and unit settings.
Your Calori account record and its sync history.
The copy of this data kept on the device you deleted from.

Other devices where you were signed in stop syncing and are asked to sign in again; their local copy is not uploaded anywhere. Export files you downloaded yourself stay with you.

What is kept

Your 6away identity is not deleted. Calori signs you in with 6away Auth, the shared sign-in used across 6away services, so the same identity may also be used with other 6away applications. Deleting your Calori account removes the Calori data and the link between Calori and that identity — it does not remove the identity itself. You can sign in to Calori again later and start fresh.

Short-lived operational logs (request outcomes and timings, never meal contents) age out on their own.

Deleting your data but keeping your account

If you only want a clean slate, use Delete all data in Settings instead. It removes every meal, food and setting from your account on every device and keeps your Calori account.

If you cannot sign in

Deletion is only possible from a signed-in session, so nobody else can delete your account. If you can no longer access your 6away sign-in, email support@6away.ai from the address on your 6away account and mention Calori. We will verify it is you before deleting anything.
